You can get a White Card online in most Australian states — but not all, and each option has trade-offs. Here's how to choose.

Online White Card

Done from home at your own pace, usually with a video or webcam verification step to confirm your identity. It's convenient and often cheaper, and you can typically finish in a single sitting of around six hours.

In-person White Card

Delivered in a classroom by an RTO. Some workers find the hands-on, face-to-face format easier, and it's the required option in states that don't accept online delivery.
