Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use WRK. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials and their expiry dates up to date.

Your WRK profile is your own portable record. You own it and can carry it between employers. You can edit, remove or delete your information at any time.

• Only add credentials you genuinely hold, and upload the real card or certificate as evidence.
• Do not misrepresent your qualifications, licences, insurances or work history.
• Keep your account secure and do not share your login.

If you use WRK as a business, you agree to:

• Only add or invite workers you have a genuine working relationship with.
• Use worker data only for legitimate workforce-management and compliance purposes.
• Verify credentials yourself where it matters — see "Verification" below.
• Not share, export or present worker data in a way that is misleading or outside the purpose it was collected for.

In its current form, WRK does not independently verify credentials. The evidence of a credential is the document the worker uploads and the worker's own declaration. Businesses are responsible for checking the actual card or certificate where they need certainty. WRK's "verified twice" model refers to the worker recording a credential and a business confirming it against the uploaded evidence — it is not a guarantee by WRK.

You agree not to misuse WRK — including not attempting to access data you are not entitled to, not scraping the platform, and not using it to harass others or for any unlawful purpose.

WRK is provided on an "as is" basis while we build it out. We may change, suspend or update features, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and your data safe. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of WRK.

You can stop using WRK and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
